What can I expect from Coastal Christmas?

1 Million plus holiday twinkling lights on display to see, stroll, and explore. Make memories and celebrate the holidays while sipping hot chocolate and roasting s’mores fireside. Rent your own private igloo for your group to enjoy. It's the Ultimate California Christmas Holiday Festival!

How Can I book an Igloo?

Igloos can be booked online by choosing your preferred date and then choosing one of the following times. (4 PM, 5:45 PM, or 7:30 PM)

How Long is My Igloo Reservation?

Igloo Reservations are 90 Minutes. Please arrive on time and use the igloo reservation entrance to expedite your entrance. You are welcome to come early or stay after your reservation is over to enjoy the festival. If you would like a longer reservation we recommend booking back-to-back reservations.

Can I add upgrades to my Igloo?

Yes! Once you put the Igloo into your shopping cart you will be able to add: s'mores, hot chocolate, and other options (dependent on location) to the Igloo.

What is Included in Igloo Reservations?

Igloo reservations include entry for 6 to the festival. Igloos include a furnished indoor igloo and an outdoor patio with a private fire pit. Igloo reservations include a private snow tubing entrance for your snow tubing guests and hospitality service at the Igloo. Catering options vary based on location.

Can I have a Private Party at Coastal Christmas or a Corporate Event?

Yes! We recommend our Private Events & Holiday Parties Section for groups of 15+ For Smaller parties an Igloo is a perfect way to celebrate families, birthdays, holidays, and other occasions. Please email jenny@cbfproductions.com for a personalized quote for a larger party.

Do you offer Group Sales?

Yes! Group sales are available and discounted for tickets of 20+ of the same ticket type. Please email jenny@cbfproductions.com to see group rates.

Do you offer Fundraisers?

Yes! We offer fundraisers for groups, schools, and organizations wishing to raise money by setting a night to come. Please email jenny@cbfproductions.com for more information on fundraisers

 

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at Del Mar Fairgrounds, located next to the ocean. Please dress in layers as the seaside air does get chilly in the evenings.

How long does the experience last?

It's really up to you, once you walk through the gates you are free to stay as long as you like. 

 

Will food and beverage be available on-site for purchase?

Yes, holiday treats, food, and beverages (non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase.

 

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

 

Will restrooms be available on-site?

Portable restrooms will be available on-site.

 

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, however, you will be allowed to enter at any time on the day you purchase.  Exceptions are Igloo Rentals - you must arrive in your timeframe. 

 

Can I bring animals?

We love animals but unfortunately, we cannot welcome them to this event.  Service animals will be allowed only.

 

Are service dogs allowed? 

Yes.

 

Is there an age requirement? 

No! This is an all-ages event. 

 

Is the venue ADA compliant?

The venue is ADA-compliant. 

 

Is there parking available?

Yes, paid parking is available on-site.

 

What if the weather is bad?

This event is rain or shine. If the event is canceled due to safety concerns we will reschedule all tickets.​

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

NO Flash photography

NO outside food or beverages allowed (except for sealed/unopened water bottles)
NO camel packs

NO backpacks
NO drugs & drug paraphernalia
NO coolers allowed
NO knives/weapons

All bags will be checked by security.
NO Colors or Badges
NO Footballs, Baseballs, Frisbees or Playing Catch inside event

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

There is no box office at the event. All tickets must be purchased online

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

There are no refunds whatsoever. All sales are final.

 

Do I need to print my ticket?

Both digital and paper tickets will be accepted.

 

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
